1 Million Cups (1MC) is a community program for entrepreneurs in Southwest Oklahoma.
1MC is designed to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs.
Join us to hear from our April presenters, Christopher Adams with Adams Mobile Detailing and Eric Alexander with Striped Ape Digital Media
This months event will take place on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 9 AM in the McMahon Lecture Hall located at the Great Plains Business Development Center, 1601 Parkridge Boulevard.
Any individual interested in entrepreneurship is welcome to attend!
Our presenters will each give a 6-minute presentation on their business with a 20-minute question and answer session following the presentation. 1 Million Cups provides an excellent opportunity to learn from other entrepreneurs and share the triumphs, challenges, and lessons learned from entrepreneurship.
Community members and entrepreneurs from across Lawton and the surrounding area are joining with the Economic Development Center at Great Plains Technology Center and CETES to bring Kauffman Foundation’s 1 Million Cups (1MC) to Lawton. These presentations are designed to help fellow entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and advisers learn from each other and provide opportunities for networking and growth.
Subsequent events will occur from 9-10 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. Coffee will be provided by local coffee shops and businesses. Attendees are invited to join us early for a cup of coffee and networking. Businesses interested in presenting or individuals interested in attending the event can visit 1millioncups.com/lawton to sign-up to receive more information.
